I am using it for regular dips and the progression is a bit fast. It is adding around 5 dips per set for each set. You can adjust how many you do but not slow the pace of recommendation. 3 weeks in my recommended max is 27 when it started at 7-8.
If you are using it for the dip type recommended that might be ok but if the pace keeps up even that would be tough.
